I'm having trouble accessing the course
If you have purchased a course but don't seem to have access:
- Please check that you are logged in. If you are logged in, you will be able to view your Dashboard page.
- If you have a voucher for a course, you first need to redeem the code to get access.
- Please check that you have selected the correct course. If in doubt, your Dashboard page lists the courses you have access to and the duration of your subscription.
You can access the course from any computer, tablet or mobile device with an internet connection. You need a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer 11. Try our free course modules and you’ll know for sure if your internet setup has the necessary prerequisites.

I'm having trouble with the video
Please visit our troubleshooting page if you are having difficulty with video playback or technical issues.
The most common way to fix problems with video is simply to switch browser, e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera or Safari.
