1. What are two things that need to happen to ensure that your Evernote remains a tool that you can trust and that you can easily find the information you had saved there?
You’ll need to be very careful when adding information into Evernote to ensure that you add only the information that you want to save and immediately organize it.
You need to decide whether you’ll be using Notebooks or tags as your primary method of organizing your Evernote and maintain that structure.
You need to create a structure and maintain that structure .
2. How could you get a comprehensive list of all the Notes that were added to Evernote in the last 7 days?
Go to the Default Notebook and see which notes at the top of the list match last week’s dates.
To get a comprehensive list of all the Notes that were added to Evernote in the last 7 days, run a search using either of the search operators: created:week-1 or created:day-7.
You’ll need to go to either tags or Notebooks screens and sort them by “Updated”.
3. Where do Notes get added if you don’t specify a Notebook?
Evernote will prompt you with a message to specify the Notebook.
They go into the Default Notebook.
They go into the Notebook you used last.
