1. Can you share a Note with someone, who doesn’t have an Evernote account?
You can share it, but the other person will not be able to see the content of that Note.
Yes, you can. They will receive it via e-mail, not into their Evernote as an Evernote user would. But they will still get it.
No, Evernote will not allow that,
2. If you are on Evernote Basic, how many Notebooks can you share AND grant those users modification rights?
3. What kind of Note Link do you need to give another person for them to be able to see the content of your Note?
If the other person has an Evernote account, then--either. If the other person doesn’t have an Evernote account--Public.
