1. The Closing process group only has two processes. How are closing activities from the other project management knowledge areas addressed?
When all scope has been validated, all work is complete. The other knowledge management areas no longer have any activity.
The “Control …” process from other project management knowledge areas provides inputs to the Close Project or Phase once they have completed.
Close Project or Phase is a process from the Integration knowledge management area and this process will manage the closeout of all other processes across all process groups and knowledge management areas.
