Insert list field – Microsoft Word shortcut

This shortcut has the ability to either start a list or continue one that was previously created. Initially a number list will be created that starts at 1 and increases as you use the shortcut vertically. If you need to get more specific with your list, you can use it horizontally and use alphabetically sub-lists.
