- Open PowerPoint.
- From the File tab, click New and Blank presentation.
- Click on the Insert tab.
- Click Forms.
A pane will open on the right-hand side. We can create a new form, a new quiz or we can load an existing form.
- Hover the mouse over the form titled 'What type of working style do you prefer?'.
- Click Insert.
- Click Present for interactive meetings.
The form will load into the PowerPoint presentation. Our audience can scan the QR code with their phone which will take them to the form on their mobile device. They can then vote on the form and we can see the results update in real time.
