Does Evernote have a built-in structure for your information?
Yes. But you need to specify if you want to use the built-in structure when you create your account.
If you upgrade to the paid version, Evernote will provide you with a structure you can follow.
No, it doesn’t. You’ve got to organize your information yourself.
