In the screenshot, you can see current formatting and rules on a selection in a sheet. If I want to prevent rows 8 and 15 with grey strikethrough to have a red fill. Is there anything I can change on the pop-up screen to help?
Yes, you'll have to edit the first rule to a background fill of none.
