3. Why do you freeze all other aspects of the project plan except the risk factor while doing a sensitivity analysis?
To determine how sensitive the project is to the risk condition.
To eliminate the need to recalculate the critical path.
This reduces the amount of effort necessary to do the analysis, allowing you to conduct multiple sensitivity analyses.
