1. When completing the application for PMI-ACP®, the experience shown must represent project management experience in which categories?
Experience in each of the Agile project management methodologies.
General project experience and Agile project experience.
Experience in each of the project management process groups of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.
2. If your PMI-ACP® application is selected for audit, what must you do?
Provide supporting documentation to demonstrate the education and experience elements of the application within 90 days of notification of selection for audit.
Provide supporting documentation to demonstrate the education and experience elements of the application within 7 days of notification of selection for audit.
Setup conference calls with the verification points of contact listed on the application and PMI to allow the auditor to verify the information.
3. How much education and training must an individual have to meet the requirements for PMI-ACP®?
An individual must have 21 contact hours of Agile project management training. In addition, the individual must, at a minimum, complete high school or secondary school.
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent 4-year university degree in either engineering, science or business is required.
The education and training requirement is identical to that required for a PMP® credential.
