Make the email urgent to read no matter what compelling quick reading/action as needed.
Numbers, symbols or catchy words like Free or Hurry!
3. In general terms, what are useful guidelines for how to structure a business email?
Cc: Company Copy. Carbon copy all appropriate people in the company.
The body of the email should be single spaced and aligned with the left margin.
Pick any plain font and signature style for your emails, as long as it is done in 16 pt size or smaller and contains no profanity.
