Be glad that it is over and you don’t have to do anything else

Ask yourself what you could have done to make the experience better, faster, and friendlier
Ask yourself if you could improve the experience
Chalk it up to a bad customer
3. If you’ve reached a point where you rate your service highly 9 times out of 10, what should you do?
Be proud of yourself for your good record
Keep pushing to provide the best service possible through continuous improvement
Realize that this is the best you can be
