Ask a colleague or team leader if you wowed the customer
Ask yourself if you wowed the customer and rate your performance from 1-10
2. If you didn’t wow a customer, what should you do?
Chalk it up to a bad customer
Ask yourself if you could improve the experience
Ask yourself what you could have done to make the experience better, faster, and friendlier
3. If you’ve reached a point where you rate your service highly 9 times out of 10, what should you do?
Be proud of yourself for your good record
Realize that this is the best you can be
Keep pushing to provide the best service possible through continuous improvement
