Right click the worksheet tab and choose the view
Go to the View tab and select the view from the Custom Views drop down menu
Go to the View tab > Custom Views > Select the view > Click Show
2. What is the most efficient way to modify a Custom View?
Select the existing view, delete it, then create a new one with the same name
Add a new view, give it the same name as the existing view, and click Yes when asked if you’d like to delete it and continue
Select the existing view, click the modify button, then save it

To collapse detail rows and only show subtotals
To build different looks for printing or editing that only show the data you need
To hide data that users should not see when you send them your workbook
