CapEx is project expenses associated with purchasing capital or fixed assets. OpEx is all of the other operating expenses that are not either CapEx or COGS. OpEx are what is used to run and sustain normal business operations.
CapEx is the budget for expenses and OpEx is what actually occurred.
CapEx is all project expenses and OpEx are all non-project expenses.
