Make a list of features specific to your client for each solution.
Make a list of products or services for your client to choose from.
Make a list of benefits specific to your client for each feature.
2. What is a benefit? How do you get your client excited about it?
A benefit is a change in process or procedure that provides efficiency to the client. Efficiency is exciting.
A benefit an event where money is donated for a good cause.
A benefit is what gives the feature a specific value to your client. It might be unexpected so tell them what the feature REALLY means to them as a benefit.
3. What’s something that can help tie features and benefits to overcoming their challenges?
You can ask, “Can you see how my solution can help you overcome your challenge?” Be specific about the solution and the challenge.
You can ask, "Do you the features and benefits of my solution?"
You can ask, “Can you see how your challenge was solved by my solution?”
