Thank them for their business, and remind them that you are here to support them.
Remind them that you have other features and bonuses when they are ready to talk about them.
Everyone is emailing these days. Seems like the way to go.
2. What should you include in the email to help you?
Ask for a referral!
Give them your information again.
Mention their future pace plans.
3. What is a good way to bring attention to your referral request?
Make it a bold font and highlight the text.
Drop it into a P.S. at the end of your email.
Let them know that their referral is in good hands.
