1. How can you customize the toolbar so that it only contains the buttons that you need for your workflow?
Click on Keynote > Preferences
Click on View > Customize Toolbar (or right-click on the toolbar and choose Customize Toolbar)
There is no option to customize the toolbar. It is what it is
2. If you create a new Keynote document by selecting a standard theme, can you change it to a wide theme later?
No. Once a theme has been set, it is too difficult for Keynote to change that to another theme, forcing you to use the theme that you initially chose.
Yes. You can change a theme at any time by choosing the “Change Theme” button under the “Document” tab on the formatting pane.
Yes. You can change a theme at any time by copying the contents of the existing file, creating a new Keynote file using the new theme, and pasting the contents into the new file.
3. How can we adjust the view from the toolbar so that we see all slides in a “Light Table” layout?
Click on File > Show Me The Light Table
Click on the View button on the toolbar then choose “Light Table”
Click on View > Light Table
