1. How would you insert a new shape onto your Keynote canvas?
By right-clicking on the canvas and choosing “Insert new shape”.
Keynote doesn’t allow you to insert new shapes. You must copy and paste an existing shape.
By clicking on the Shapes button on the toolbar and choosing the desired shape.
2. How many points can you add to a custom shape?
There is no limit.
There is a limit of 30 points for custom shape.
When you create your custom shape, you can add a maximum of 6 points, and you aren’t able to add more later.
3. Once you have inserted a shape onto your Keynote canvas, how do you resize it?
By right-clicking on the object and choosing “Resize object”.
By selecting two objects, then right-clicking on the object you want to resize and choosing “Resize object to match other object”.
You can either click and drag a corner or resize manually by entering exact measurements in the size fields under the Format > Arrange tab.
