How do we set a slide to transition automatically to the next slide?
Keynote doesn’t allow for automatic slide transitions. All advances need to be done manually using the presenter remote
By right-clicking on the slide and choosing the “Add Delay” option.
By choosing “Automatically” under the “Start Transition” section of the formatting pane and adding a delay time.

How do we remove a slide transition that we previously set?
Once a transition is set, you can’t remove it.
After highlighting the slide, we change our transition type to “None” in the formatting pane.
After highlighting the slide, we would go to Edit > Remove Slide Transition.
