1. When may it be a good idea to save a Keynote file as a PDF file?
If we wanted to send it to a colleague after a presentation is delivered for review.
Just before a presentation so that we can use the PDF file to present from.
If we wanted to send it to a colleague to make changes to the Keynote file.
2. How can we use the PDF format to secure our document?
By choosing to set a password as we save the file to PDF.
The PDF standards don’t allow for password-protection at all.
After the PDF file has been created, we can add a password by right-clicking on the file and choosing “Set Password”.
3. There are two ways to create a PDF… File > Export To… and File > Print… Which option gives us more control over the PDF creation process?
By using File > Print.
They are both exactly the same.
By using File > Export To.
