1. In order to use iCloud sharing features, where must we save our Keynote file?
The location doesn’t matter, as long as the file is saved somewhere.
The file must be saved to our iCloud account (via iCloud Drive).
The file must be saved to any cloud-based storage system.
2. If a Keynote file is saved to an iCloud account, when can that person access that document?
Only on the device where the document was originally created.
From their Mac, iOS device or by visiting www.icloud.com.

3. Can multiple people work on the same document at the same time, similar to Google Docs?
Yes, but new versions of the will be generated after each change to avoid document sync conflicts.
No. Keynote doesn’t offer this capability.
