Report View, Design View, Layout View, and Print Preview
Report View displays a report without pagination, like one long web page. Report View does not run all the code behind the report.
Print Preview shows a report formatted for paper. Use the navigation controls in the lower left to move to first page, previous page, next page, and last page.
Layout View is a combination of Report View and Design View. It shows data while giving you limited design capabilities.
Design View is the most important view for designing reports. This is where you have the most control.
