1. Why is the Drag and Drop more efficient than just creating a new appointment or contact from scratch?
It’s not more efficient. Just do it the way everyone else does it.
It’s fun to just click and drag emails to create new items!
Less typing means less typos and faster finish time.
2. What visual feature assures you an email is attached to your mouse as you click and drag?
The mouse has a small box under it.
The mouse has a small box under it (called a lasso) and the email image also comes along with the mouse.
No visual at all.
3. When you drag and drop to the People icon, what feature can you use to eliminate typing in phone numbers?
Copy and Paste: Since the email content (and signature line) appears in the contact notes, simply “copy and paste” the phone number from the notes to the appropriate section within the contact file.
Just re-type it all.
Most is automatic, but the notes provides a handy visual to re-type the info.
