1. How do you PIN a publication to the top of the list so it is handy for regular access?
Not necessary, I don’t use many files.
Just remember the file location and go there every time.
File, Open, find your publication and click the PushPin on the right side. (Only shows up when mouse is over the file name.)
2. If you want to send a publication to a photo printing company, how do you make sure it is the right file type?
Click File, Export, Save for Photo Printing
File, Save, then email to the company
I have no idea.
3. You have a completed publication but want a duplicate made with a new name. What should you do?
With the existing publication open, click File, Save As, and rename the publication.
Create it all over again with a new name.
Go to your computer file system, make a copy, then rename the copy.
