1. What is the main reason to use a mail merge?
It’s visually appealing.
To make more work for me to do.
Send individual, Full-Color flyers, postcards, or emails to multiple people with one easy process.
2. To start a mail merge with a finished publication, which ribbon process should you click through?
I have no idea.
Mailings ribbon, Select Recipients
Mailings ribbon, Mail Merge, “Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard”
3. On the last step of the process, why would you “not” choose to finish and “Print”?
If something is wrong, you waste a lot of printer ink.
It’s ok to finish to the printer.
Everyone knows that all projects are perfect the first time, so just finish to the printer!
