Just hand write the labels.
MAILINGS ribbon, LABELS, Options, Choose Brand and Style shown on the box of the labels.

2. If sending the same correspondence monthly, what is the most convenient method to print an envelope?
Email the correspondence and don’t bother with envelopes.
Add the Envelope button to your quick access bar.
In the Envelopes box, click ‘Add to Document” and an envelope page will be placed above your document for repeated future use.
3. Why is a full sheet of labels a possible option?
Still have to go through the print process, so it may be convenient but won’t save much work.
A full sheet of printed labels is an amazing time saver to have labels at-the-ready and will work for any size envelope and even packages.
It would just clutter my desk to store a sheet of labels, so I choose not to use it.
