Add spaces in front of the words along the left column.
Change the left margin from .19 to .25 .
Put the label sheet into the printer but move it to the left a little.

Just don’t do email merges and you won’t have any problems.
If it doesn’t work the first 3 times, then try starting from Outlook instead of Word.
Start with Outlook instead of Word. It’s easier to point Outlook to a blank document than it is to point Word to a database that might be in use.
