At the bottom of the document window.
Below the ribbons.
Above the ribbons.
2. To quickly move the Quick Access bar below the ribbon...
Click its drop-down arrow and choose "Show Quick Access Toolbar below the ribbon".
Right-click the Quick Access Bar and then choose "Show below the ribbon".
Click and drag it below the ribbon.
3. To add new buttons to the Quick Access bar in the fastest manner...
Click the drop down arrow at the end and then choose "More Commands", then search for the button to add.
Right click any button and choose "Add to Quick Access toolbar".
Click and drag the buttons to the Quick Access bar.
