1. Why would the Gridlines view be useful?
Gridlines are rarely used.
Gridlines button is mainly used to visually align text or graphics.
It clutters the screen so why bother?
2. There are three buttons to switch from viewing one page to multiple pages. Where are they found?
They are on the Quick Access Bar after you add them.
Just use the zoom control to make the pages small and large if needed.
View ribbon, Zoom group, “One Page”, “Multiple Pages” and “Page Width”.
3. Why would changing the Zoom size be a benefit in a long document?
If the text is tiny, you can Zoom large to view it easily.
Zoom controls allow you to shrink the pages to view the layout of several pages at a time.
No need to zoom for any reason. Just leave it the way it opens.
