Project boundaries are extracted from the project requirements documents.
The project team conducts a brainstorming session and uses the outputs as project boundaries.
What? Why? Who? When? Where? How? questions with stakeholders.
4. If while determining the project boundaries you find that you will be using a co-located development team, is that an answer to the “Who,” “Where,” or “How” question?
The boundary should be listed in the “Who” category because “Resources” is one of the three sides of the project triple constraint triangle.
This boundary condition must be listed in all three categories.
It doesn’t matter, the goal is to identify boundaries, not put them in categories.
