2. Why is it a good idea to reduce the amount of text on your PowerPoint slides?
People don’t like reading a lot of text.
It is not a good idea, use as much text as possible.
It is difficult for people to multitask by listening to your presentation while simultaneously reading a lot of text on a slide.
3. What is the benefit of guiding the audience to do only one thing at a time, i.e. listen to your speech?
The audience will like you more for making them do less work.
There is no benefit, it is better if they are distracted.
The audience is more likely to focus on your presentation and absorb your messages if they do not have to multitask.
