Ask the person organizing the meeting or presentation about what their audience cares about the most and tailor your messages to fit their needs.
Just include the topics that you can remember.

2. How do you tailor your messages to fit your audience?
There is no need to tailor your messages to the audience.
Research topics specific to their industry.
Give relevant examples specific to their industry or interests, for example tech examples for a tech company crowd, or manufacturing examples for a manufacturing division.
3. How does choosing messages tailored to the audience make your presentation better?
It doesn’t make it better, just adds more work.
The audience will be interested in information relevant to them and thus will be more likely to listen and remember your messages.
The research you did will make you better prepared.
