1. How are the Sprint Backlog and Product Backlog related?
The Sprint Backlog is Agile/Scrum process management activities and the Product Backlog lists the product development activities. Together they represent the work of the project.
The Sprint Backlog is the subset of the Product Backlog that is being worked on within a particular Sprint.
The Sprint Backlog and Product Backlog are not related.
2. How are different incompatible stakeholder requirements reconciled in the Agile/Scrum methodology?
The Product Owner either finds a compromise or selects one over the other.
The Scrum Team develops two different approaches reflecting the different requirements and following the Sprint Demo the best solution is selected.
Senior management either finds a compromise or selects one over the other.
