1. What is the name of the technical review that is part of every Agile/Scrum process?
Critical Design Review.
Agile/Scrum projects do not have a technical review.
2. What does a Scrum Team do at the Sprint Demo with Stories that they did not finish?
Return the Story Cards to the Product Owner.
Review why the Stories were not done and provide to the Product Owner any recommendations concerning those Stories.
There are no unfinished Stories. The Sprint continues until all Stories are done.
3. To what degree do industry standards and the organization’s “Engineering Discipline” apply to Agile/Scrum projects?
Agile/Scrum projects must fully comply with all applicable standards and must use the organization’s procedures and policies as defined which are loosely described as “Engineering Discipline.”
They apply when cited or used to write the Story or the Demo Criteria.
Agile/Scrum projects are exempt from using any standards or engineering discipline, except as it applies to human safety.
