Adequate facilities to relocate the Scrum Team for the duration of the Sprint.
3. Can Agile/Scrum be used with all projects, or are there some projects where it is not appropriate?
The only reason not to use Agile/Scrum is when there are no Scrum Masters or Product Owners available.
Agile/Scrum is not appropriate for many projects because of project characteristics and organizational constraints.
Agile/Scrum can be used with any project – it is dependent only upon the management decision to use it.
