When meeting the Demo Criteria for each Story, large amounts of testing must be done to ensure the new Story does not create problems for previously completed Stories.
Testing must be done by Scrum Team members and cannot be handed off to a testing organization.
Complex systems will have tight tolerances during extreme operating conditions that are difficult to simulate.
