2. What is a technique to overcome the fear of conflict?
Team members are encouraged to form alliances with other team members and work to maneuver the other party in a potential conflict into an impossible position so that they must give in and avoid the conflict to remain on the team.

Team members are encouraged to stay engaged in a conflict in order to find a solution and are not suppressed for expressing disagreement.

Conflict is about concepts and ideas, not personal attacks.
