Julie Pham, PhD
Dr. Pham is the founder and CEO of CuriosityBased, an organization that helps people cultivate curiosity in daily life—beginning in the workplace, where we spend most of our waking hours. Dr. Pham wrote the best-selling book, "7 Forms of Respect," and gave the TEDx talk, "Curiosity as a Practice." CuriosityBased serves leaders who invest in building cultures that embrace continual learning. Dr. Pham earned her PhD in History from Cambridge University as a Gates Cambridge Scholar and graduated magna cum laude from University of California, Berkeley. She has worked as a historian, a journalist, a management consultant in tech, and a nonprofit executive.
