Michelle Barry Franco
Michelle Barry Franco is the founder and lead facilitator at her company, Brilliance at Work, which supports leaders on their journey to come alive in the workplace and inspire others. She also oversees a separate consulting business of her own namesake, which specializes in executive speaking. Michelle is on a mission to empower others with the communication skills and mindset that allow them to communicate with ease, care, and strength. She is a tenured executive speaking coach, and has served as a part-time instructor for various communications and public speaking classes since 1999. In her spare time, Michelle supports her community as a mediator and trainer as well as a speaker coach with local TedX chapters. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Whole Person Coach, and Holds a Master of Arts in Speech Communication from San Francisco State University.
