Shea has 20 years of sustainability planning and strategy experience from the community to the international levels, across multiple sectors. She has established several sustainability-focused organizations and programs, including Balanced Approach, Focus on the Global South in Bangkok, Thailand, the Culver City Sustainable Business Certification Program and many other initiatives. Shea has helped dozens of businesses become more sustainable, from small, private firms to large, publicly traded firms. She continues to lead, develop, and manage Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives and continually evolving programming.
