Finding Your Purpose at Work
Finding Your Purpose at Work
Skills you’ll gain
“Finding your purpose” can sound like a squishy, vague cliche. But its importance is undeniable — a greater sense of purpose leads to countless benefits, including increased productivity, improved health and happiness itself. But how do you find purpose’s sweet spot if it’s so hard to define or even explain in the first place?
In this course, taught by author and coach Alexandra Cole, who is co-founder and Head of Strategy at Purpose Generation, you'll be able to define — and achieve — purpose in a way that is custom-fitted to your own life. You'll get a host of tools for your journey, including how to identify some common blockers on your path to purpose, understanding the important difference between passion and purpose, and narrowing down to find your “next best step.” You'll also learn how to set an intention to make your goals more manageable, incorporate more opportunities for play into your weekly schedule, and create a 90-day roadmap to find more purpose at work.
After this course, purpose will be a clearly defined, achievable goal rather than something just to wish for.
