Joey Lye
Joey wears many hats, serving as the Director of Softball at IMG Academy, where she is building the program from the ground up and creating a championship culture. As a 2021 Olympic bronze medalist and a 12-year veteran of the Canadian National Softball Team, Joey contributes to the team as a member of its coaching staff. She holds a degree in Psychology from Williams College and a Master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. Certified in Mental Performance Mastery, Joey is passionate about developing athletes both physically and mentally, helping them perform at their highest levels on and off the field.
