Scrum is a powerful approach to delivering on products or tasks, and it's quickly emerged as a popular mechanism that many organizations are using. In this course, you'll hear from Professional Scrum Trainer and Scrum Master Daria Bagina on how you can get started with utilizing Scrum on your team. Daria first reviews the methodology of Scrum, including the three pillars in which it's built on. She then covers the different roles that encompass a Scrum team, as well as the ideal candidates for each role might be. She then reviews various events that take place within the Scrum process, as well as the specific artifacts and deliverables that exist in Scrum. Upon completion of this course, you'll feel prepared to begin implementing Scrum within your team or your organization.
