Katrina Ghazarian

Katrina is the Founder and CEO of Gameday HR, an HR solutions company focused on providing human-centric, high impact HR services to small and mid-sized organizations. Having started this organization as a single mom to a toddler, Katrina set out on a mission to build winning company cultures one business at a time. Through Equal Pay Analysis and Audits, her organization has helped dozens of businesses earn an Equal Pay Employer badge resulting in decreased turnover rates, increased productivity, and improved employee engagement.
