Mariline Guise is a founder of Explore Options Coaching LLC, an executive coaching firm known for providing personalized, one-on-one team leadership coaching to help executives, managers, individual contributors, and learners accelerate their development, achieve goals and maximize their full potential. Her background as a seasoned career and leadership coach, along with her experience in corporate and executive recruiting has established her as an expert in her field. Mariline completed her executive coaching training with Emory Executive Education & Psychoanalytic Institute. She also earned her M.S. in business and human resources from Webster University and B. S. in family and consumer science from South Carolina State University and McKinsey Academy, A2E Business Fundamentals program.
