Mary Jean Vignone, PhD. is a leader, coach, consultant, and educator focused on leadership, professional development, and strategy.Dr. Mary Jean Vignone has held a variety of leadership positions in large and mid-size for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Mary Jean founded her consulting practice, SuccessReach, Ltd. to help instill a sense of purpose and determination in leaders to lead with authenticity and passion for achieving professional success and reaching organizational objectives and goals.Mary Jean is also an adjunct faculty member for Fielding Graduate University’s Organizational Development and Leadership Master of Arts program.
