Mercedes Swan

Mercedes Swan is a talent acquisition leader, career coach, and a champion for inclusive hiring. She is the principal and founder of HR for Millennials and Nychted, professional training and coaching services for inclusive, passion-centered career seekers. Her vast experience has given Mercedes the knack to build processes, systems, and resources that lead to successful outcomes for employers and candidates. Mercedes is a Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP) and she holds a Master’s of Science in Management from the University of Florida. She believes that everyone is responsible for inclusive practices and diversity in the workplace, and that intentional implementation of competency-based strategies leads to more accessibility and equity in the workplace.
