Nikkia Carter

Nikkia T. Carter is a Global Lead for the GPS Tech Team at Microsoft covering Modern Work, Security, Compliance, Business Applications, and Azure. She has a BS in Computer Science, a Masters in IT Project Management, and is a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer. Since starting in IT in 2001, Nikkia has taken on many roles: applications developer, intranet developer, SharePoint developer, Office 365 consultant, and IT strategist across private, public, and non-profit sectors. She founded and ran a Microsoft Partner company and obtained Microsoft MVP status in Office Apps & Services. She’s an accomplished speaker, author, community leader, board member, and event organizer.
