Sterling is an experienced executive leader with a global background, having led teams across Africa, Asia, and Europe. A Fulbright Scholar, Sterling currently serves as the Lead Inclusion Strategist at De Sutter Summerville Consulting (DSSC), where he helps individuals and brands navigate culturally sensitive topics. Previously, Sterling held roles at Google and Snapchat.
