Summer Alexander

Summer is the founder of Simply Training Solutions, where she leads the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives for multinational organizations. Her expertise in talent development and corporate training, combined with her data-focused, human-centered approach, empowers leaders to improve strategic thinking, navigate ever-changing workplace environments, and cultivate inclusivity while leading diverse teams. Summer holds a DEI certification from Stanford, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor's in Strategic Management from DePaul University.
